About Us

Constance Keogh-Dwyer MA in Gerontology has over 11 years experience working directly in providing services to older adults and their families. As a volunteer ombudsman, hospice volunteer and for the past eight years has owned and managed Shawnee Gardens Assisted Living in Boulder, Colorado. Her goal was establishing support for the families and creating a small intimate personalized home setting and working to make the best possible care for the residents. Giving her knowledge and experience to help more people going through this difficult and challenging time of transitions is a new area of service that Connie is offering. She is now translating what she has taken from her business at Shawnee Gardens into a new field.
