What is Care Concierge?
Care Concierge is a team of professionals for hire to help you can back time by having others to run your errands and help organize you.
What should you expect from Care Concierge?
You will receive prompt attention to your requests. You should expect all requests or information to be managed efficiently and professionally. All request inquiries will get a response within 24 hours. Care Concierge will update you while in the process with you. Lastly, you should expect peace of mind to be given to you in knowing your tasks are being taken care of, 100%.
How does Care Concierge work for me?
We will assist you with your everyday tasks and give you personal and professional assistance with your home and/or work life. We take on your responsibilities as if they were our own to help get your errands done in a timely and correct manner; giving you more time to complete the things you want to do.
Do your provide all services yourself?
Care Concierge has established relationships with several reputable service providers for times when our staff cannot carry out certain requests. However know we won't allow anyone into your home or life that we wouldn't allow into our own.
How do I pay for service?
Full payment is due at the time or at the completion of your request. Some deposits in advance may be required for certain tasks (shopping for example). A minimum of one hour is required for all services unless otherwise noted. We accept cash, checks, money orders and Paypal.
How much does it cost for Care Concierge Services?
Prices vary by the amount of time needed for a task. However when gaining personal time back to work, hobbies, family and relaxation does it really cost anything?
Does Care Concierge arrange daycare?
Yes, for children, the elderly and pets. We can also refer you to childcare, eldercare and pet daycare providers. Please see our extensive list of services for any of the care options that we can offer that could work for your loved ones.
How do I order service?
We accept services orders via telephone, email or online. We require at least 24 hour notice for your request unless otherwise noted. We will do our best to accommodate emergency needs but additional service fees may be assessed at the time of payment.
Do you offer transportation services?
We do not offer transportation services, but we will hire and reserve drivers, taxis, special transit, etc., depending on your needs.
What areas do you serve?
Currently we are serving Boulder, Colorado but hope to expand.
What hours are you available?
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and by special arrangement. Holidays are by appointment. In most cases, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice for services. However, we understand that emergencies happen and we will do our best to serve your emergency needs.
